Recently the Lockwood area has gained in notoriety for large scale vineyard development. The newly established vineyards in the area are developing extremely well. Approximately 2370 acres in the Lockwood Valley, Southern Monterey County are currently available for long term leasing. Climate conditions are ideal ~ very similar to Paso Robles. Soil is Lockwood Shaley Loam with an abundance of water. Because of location, five lease groupings are offered. All or portions of the lease groups are available at this time.
